But where's my dang card?

Navy has sent me four different pieces of mail about my nRewards, but not the darn card yet and its driving me nuts. I got the t&c of the insurance, a letter reminding me that I chose to have the balance auto drafted from checking, the letter with my fico, and now today I get another letter with the convenience checks. Is this normal? When will the card get here? Granted, they still have a couple days left on the 7-10 business days, but why do they tease me like this?

It's torture is what is is. Can you pay a bill with these convenience checks or are they only for BTs?

I always select the FastCard option. It's 12 dollars for overnight fedex shipping. Its' very worth it!

The convienence checks came before I got my card too. They can be used however you want and are processed as a cash advance but have the same APR as your purchase APR.
