Can anyone offer evidence that my hope is not without merit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;They may give you an auto CLI, but it likely won't be as much as you want.&amp;nbsp; You'd have better luck getting higher limits by applying for a new card from them, if that's what you're really looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chase started me off with an $800 Amazon card.&amp;nbsp; Within 3 months after getting it, I was approved for 2 AMEX cards (one at 2k that went up to 4k, and another for 4k).&amp;nbsp; On the 4th month they gave me an auto CLI to $1100.&amp;nbsp; Earlier this month I applied for Chase's Southwest card and they approved me...for $6500!&amp;nbsp; And I hadn't put more than a few hundred bucks on that Amazon card, since I mainly use it at drugstores.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has a $1300 CL.&amp;nbsp; Recently, I was approved for Discover It with $6500 CL.&amp;nbsp; Is it reasonable for me to expect a bump from Chase on my next periodic review?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m in the garden, so I don’t want to take a HP by calling for a CLI.       <description>I doubt it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you use the card heavily for a few months (don't go over the limit though), that would be the best way to get auto-CLI chances increased.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never gotten an auto with Chase. &amp;nbsp;Took a HP for one and they gave me $500, $1500-&amp;gt;$2000. &amp;nbsp;I escalated to executive office and got them to match my Discover at $5k. A HP for $500 made my blood boil. &amp;nbsp;For $3500 I was OK with it. &amp;nbsp; They still refuse to budge on the 29% APR they jacked the rate to when they took over my WAMU card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Bobert22&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do use it quite a bit, but I never approach the CL&amp;nbsp; I pay what I charge during the month, sometimes allowing a modest (less than 10%) balance to post for activity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Guess I will just wait and see. I've noticed a few people posting about surprise CLI from Chase, so perhaps I'll get to join that club.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I got them at 6 months and 1 year. 500 and 300 respectively. I've run over 10k through the card in 12 months and recently approved for Sapphire Preferred. Chase has been good to me as long as I've been good to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chase just auto bumped my Freedom card (opened August 2012) up by $2500. &amp;nbsp;That's a 50% bump over the initial $5k they gave me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goes to show that there's always hope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
