I just wanted to update that 2 weeks ago when i apped for the freedom, saphire, and sw premier cards all at the same time, it only resulted in one pull. I'm sure I just got lucky because most of the feedback I got would be that it would def be 3 pulls. My new NFCU card pulled only EQ for the card. 4 apps 3 cards 2 pulls. $36,500. I pulled my credit report on here just to check on things and got to this board by accident. Boy am I glad I did. What a great March. Thanks for all the help.

Standard for who? Chase always pulls multiple apps for multiple cards. Heck they won't even let you recon your credit line if you're instantly approved without a second hard pull.

NFCU is pulling me more times then a deep sea fisherman fighting a 600lb Swordfish for their card right now. lol

Well for me and apparently others even if they "claim" it will be another hard they actually will use the same pull. However obviously this only if they "pull" the same bureau again. This works within a 30 day period....I have first hand experientce from multiple occasions on both cli requests and applications. So feel free to replicate what the OP did and report back.

I applied for Chase Sapphire Preferred February 11th 2013 and was instant approval (pulled EX) then afterward on february 27 applied for Chase Ink Bold Business and Chase Ink Plus Business cards in the same day. Chase pulled Experian again and also pulled TU, and EQ and was still denied.

I think maybe you got lucky or maybe this doesn't work when you apply for business cards ?

I had been reading up on applying for cards. At the time i thought the 3 browser deal was to limit it to one inquiry. I didn't know that it was really used for getting the miles bonuses on multiple cards. So, i opened three different browsers, filled out all three apps and hit submit at the same time. I called recon immediately after and they showed all three apps. I never asked about how many pulls but it definitely only showed as one. I pulled the cr on here and i have usaa 3 score tracking and it shows only one also. I think i probably did just get lucky.

Yeah that was my main reason for applying for both Business cards (and I used two different browsers as well). But after it went to recon, the rep pulled all three reports (didn't tell me either). So pretty much got screwed. Oh we'll I think I'll try again for the Bold only in December. This was my CSP ages a little bit as well.
