Most major banks report as secured but do report to all 3 CB.

Just a comment, a 3rd secured card will help a little, but you need time more than anything. . .

I began rebuilding my credit about 20 months ago with the Capital One Platinum Secured Card and the Applied Bank Gold Secured Card.

They have both served me well and both report to all three credit bureaus.

They are both easy to manage online and they helped re-establish enough history, enabling me to acquire several more (unsecured) cards since then.

Hi there, I have a Capital 1 secured card and have read on this forum and also from CAP1 that the secured card reports as "unsecured" to all 3 CRA. I hope this helps

Most, if not all, secured cards report to all 3 CRA's. As for reporting as "secured" or not, you can refer to this thread: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/What-secured-cards-do-not-report-as-quot-secured-quot/td-p/1755540
