Hooray!

I just got my letters in the mail from two of the three creditors I applied for on Friday.

AMEX sent a letter about my BCP approval and informing me of my credit score. Experian = 743

Discover sent my card and letters for the It. Equifax = 735

I must say Discover has the best packaging out of ALL the credit card companies I've received (BofA, AMEX, Chase).

I'm excited about my scores and I thank this forum so much for the information. It means more than y'all know. This site is addicting!

Waiting to receive my AMEX BCP and BofA Better Balance Rewards!

@ryanbush Well I have all the cards I want with the exeception of the AMEX Centurion haha.

I have received offers from Citi almost everyday for the past 2 1/2 months so I MAY get one of those in the very distant future.

I'm 24 and I am happy I have these cards at this age. I am excited to see them grow with me. In a couple years, I want to buy a new car and a house so I feel like I'm at a good spot.

Congrats. I agree, Discover sends their card nicely packaged. I was very disappointed in the way Amex sent my Gold Card...just a plain, white envelope. No kind of fanfare the way it used to be.

You're doing very well, great job! I would love to have the centurian myself, I feel that's a few more years down the road though!

Thank you so much, everyone. It's crazy how conservative Discover is. Chase gave me $10000. Discover gave me $2000 lol.

Ikr. Discover gave me 2k, Amex BCP was 2K and Chase was 2.5K but I bumped them to 3.5K on recon.

I also apped for NFCU and am currently jumping through a bunch of verification hoops with them. We'll see what happens there.

Discover though does play things pretty close to the vest I've noticed.
2K is fine with me though. I will make it grow and the BCP has that 3XCLI I can try for in 61 days.
