It wasn't an instant approval and I had to recon but got 5k ICL Barclays Arrival World MC (AF version with 20k bonus). The reason I had to recon and the lower limit was my 8 new accounts in last year. Because of this I was instantly denied.<BR /><BR />What's curious is I have 11 accounts in last year. It seems that back dated Amex accounts don't count in their system. The questions they asked were about my cap1 auto, high balance on Sallie Mae loan and NFCU balance.<BR /><BR />Was told after history they would bump me up to be more in line with other limits.
