    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I applied back in November, &amp;nbsp;the site allowed me to request when I wanted my bill due. I believe it gave beginning of the month, mid month, &amp;nbsp;or end of month. I always PIF 2 weeks before the bills due though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
