VS shopping cart trick question...

My sister just did the shopping cart trick at Victoria's Secret and was pre-approved for $350, but got the 10-day message. Does this mean she's denied?

Not necessarily. There are reports of people getting the 10 day message and getting the card in the mail a few days later. Maybe call in?

Thanks, Blurbz! She's hoping she gets approved...that's one of the cards that is on her "wishlist"; and even though it's a relatively small limit, she said she'll take it!

Same thing happened to me. I got the 7-10 day message after doing the shopping cart trick. But within 2 weeks I had my new card. I am guessing that it had to do with the fact that my address was slightly different than on my bureaus. (Eg. I put Street instead of St). Who knows.

I did the shopping cart trick and nothing happened so I just applied anyway I was approved for $400. yay! I have been denied from them twice in the past. I have my temp card that I printed off and will wait for the official one in the mail!
