Got my BCE today. Tried to break it in with a round of drinks for some friends at a bad bar that I don't like (but had a good special tonight) and, when I pulled it out and handed it to the guy he said, "sorry, we don't take AMEX, but this is a cool looking card!" I guess it's a lose-win situation. Had to use my CU card. Oh well. It's the first time either of my AMEXs have ever been turned down, so I'm not too disapointed. Just gave me an extra reason to dislike that bar.
