I haven't checked my scores lately. I believe it is around 750 and the Discover Card has been opened since 1999. They told me 9.99% is the lowest for Discover IT. By the way, this account is recently converted to Discover IT.

I called Chase to convert one of my Chase Freedom Visa into Chase Freedom Visa Signature many times. They told me the option is not available.

How'd you get the BofA lowered? Mine is currently at 20.99. I never carry a balance but 9.99 looks really good.

I didn't ask for that. I called earlier to lower my Better Rewards Visa from 12.99% to 9.99%. I didn't know they lowered the rate when they converted Travel Rewards to Better Rewards. By the way, what card do you have with BofA?

I just Bank Of America to lower my rate and they told me "NO". 12.99% is the lowerst rate.
