For any provident customers thought you should know that their master card used to be managed by First USA bank. Now the platinum rewards MC is now being processed by GEMB.

Interesting ash, thanks. Looks like GEMB is making a run on the smaller ccc's. 2 months ago they took over Chevron/Texaco.

Thanks for pointing that out!

My banking relationship with them has been significantly reduced since they changed their hours and closed some of their locations. My relationship with Horizon Bank/ Southern Financial Bank/ Provident has been a long one but I guess it is good to know they revamped their CCs.

I was listening on the radio the other morning and there is talk that ProvBank might be taken over soon.
