BOA Backdoor Number

I'm trying to find BOA backdoor number for exsisting cusmters and the one that is on the backdoor link: BofA: 800-718-6072 (Credit analyst - for existing cardholders only) is a none working number.

Any help would be amazing tryingn to see if they will be willing to work with removing my annual fee of this card and possibly a CLI.
