Cap One EO confirmation (help please?)

I'm incredibly impatient- not in an angry way, but in a "omg please call me omg omg omg" way. I emailed Cap One EO yesterday, just after 9 AM. Given a lot of comments here, I thought for sure I'd hear from them the same day, but I didn't. While I'm sitting here keeping busy while waiting to hear from them, can someone confirm that mr. fairbank's email was the right one to use? It was provided to me by a forum member a few weeks ago, so I assume its still correct/current, but I just want to double-check so that I don't bother sending off an email to a different address and wasting their time.

My accounts are only 2+ years old, and I have a CO from 2008.

I doubt even Kyle could do what he's done for you- regardless, I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Thanks I would not say that he maybe able to help. I was hoping for just 1 or 2 thousand. So I was shocked to say the least.
