Hello I Had My Express Credit Card With a $0 Balance Never Used In 2 Months And Today They Call Me And Say Hello You Haven't Use Your Card I Said Cause Its a Low Limt And Don't Care To Use It Notting I Can Buy With a $130 Limt She Says Would $500 Make It Better I Said Sure Why Not I Don't Want a HP Tho She Said Its a Soft Pull 40 Secs Later She Said Ok Credit Is Available That's Better Kewl Of Express
