OK maybe i'm reading it wrong but it says renewing its agreement for financial institutions.............I didn't see anywhere in the article that the general public could be able to purchase them.

There was another article that I am much to lazy to go back, find, and link to but there is a link under the rebuilding section and it does say that consumers will be able to purchase Experian scores.

Says right there on the first paragraph

Experian will make FICO Scores available to consumers through myFICO.com and through third parties.
