      <title>amex has gone canibal, eating thier own</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;well since i had 415 on my 4k plat delta when they "adjusted" my credit line i thought i should make a payment before the statement dropped.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;i call and slater asks what he could help me with, i explain why i'm calling and why i wanted to pay so quickly. he say's i understand this has been happening to alot of people, in fact they just adjusted my limit as well.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;i said really? did go knock on someones door? he laughs and said no. i asked what was the reason they gave you? he said experian is reporting a collection account, so i have to work on that.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;i said good look and tipped him to check out myfico and credit boards. so slater, if your signed on welcome and let's get you back in your emoloyers good graces.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I'm not Slater, DNM, but I do work for a credit card company.&amp;nbsp; It's an interesting world knowing both sides of the story.&amp;nbsp; I just came here to work on my own credit scores but I like reading "slanted" posts about my company.&amp;nbsp; Some are very accurate and some could be sold as a fiction novel.&amp;nbsp; I hope you all find the way to your fico freedom.&amp;nbsp; I'll&amp;nbsp;be on the same road with you.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;DIV&gt;I have no first hand knowledge of this-&amp;nbsp; I know that Capone, HSBC(closed) and Junny seemed to know exactly where I stood. &lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;I avoid calling WAMU- even though I love the card- I can't stand talking to CS. &lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Amex just knows I run up my balance and PIF- (this seems to make them happy) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
