just so we're clear, what is your definition of main cards?

anyhow, American Express and Chase pulls Experian most of the time. They might also double or triple pull from other bureaus, depending on your own situation.

Citi, Bofa, Wells Fargo and US Bank pulls Experian as well, but that might change depending on where you're located.

CapitalOne triple pulls pretty often, but I might be wrong.

Experian is my best score at 695 is why I ask. Well I should say 695 on EX site, not sure the Fico score so it could be a lot lower. Just looking for another card but want a decent CL.

can you tell us more about your profile?
And what are your other scores? What is holding you back? Lates? Chargeoffs? Collections?

The thing you need to becareful about is that if you're borderline approval, chances are the lenders will double or triple pull you. That will not work in your favor then because they'll see your EQ / TU files then.

Where do you reside? In certain states / counties, certain banks pull other bureaus instead. For example Citi pulls EQ in NYC and EX in Los Angeles.

All 3 are showing a paid CO from 2010. My oldest card is Capital one but only 500 limit and I just got Walmat( 400) Sams (400) and credit union Visa 500 and line of credit at credit union for 1000.00. Total balance on all are 150.00. Not sure the impact of CO even if its 3 yrs old. TU is 664 and EQ is 605 but have some collections that are about to be removed. All that will remain on al is the CO by the 1st of next month.

When it comes to Experian, two companies are 100% guaranteed to pull it:

Amex and Capital one.

Amex seems to always pull at least Experian. People talk about HP from Amex on other reports but I dont think it's common at all.

Capital One always pulls all three so they will always pull it.

As for others, it depends. For me, Citi pulled only EQ and Chase pulled only TU. But that's not consistent at all.

Looking at the Credit Pulls Database at Creditboards, BoA seems to "usually" pull experian but it's not iron clad

As for guessing your real EX Fico:

My EX fake score from freecreditreport.com is 713. My real EX FICO as of last week was 776. Very different. As others have said, you really need to give more info about your exp report.

Number of accounts, AAoA, inquries, derogs, number of accounts opened in past year etc. All this helps approximate your score to suggest if the Fako is higher or lower than the real FICO.

Like others have said, I would just wait until the other bureaus update and take off those collections as well, before you do anything.

Because you have 1 collection on file with EX within the past 3 years, there's a slightly higher chance certain lenders will want to double or triple pull you.

Rather than to risk a denial and some wasted inquiries, it's best to just wait it out for a little longer.

And waiting for the months to pass while the cards gets some age is soooo hard!! It seems like the time is going by soooo slow lol!!

Even if your scores were good, they can deny you becuase of too many recent credit lines ( new cards) and too many recent inquires. Things that have nothing to do with your actual score. It looks like to them YOU NEED MONEY and it scares them into saying no.

In the mean time pull your true Fico scores here to give you a more true idea of your scores that you are offering to lenders.

I made a spreedsheet for each card and as each month went by it got a red X under it. Until each one hit 5-6 months, I dont apply or think about it. Its not easy!!

You may only score bump up a few points per month, to others it may seem a waste of time, but each bump up a improvement!!

Patience :-)
