I received a letter the other day saying my flagship credit card will now be 2% back on all purchases.

Looks like they're trying to keep up w the rewards game! Pretty cool

They used to be 35000 points for $700 worth travel and 50000 for $750 cashback. So what's the difference?

I think there was a better thread posted after me w more details on the points conversion. All I know is its 2 points per dollar on all purchases.
I heard they're doubling the previous points too but I dunno

Is this a new thing for Flagship only?

Is it for all Flagship cards or by invite only?

Does it change or make it better for cash purporse than the Cash Signature Card?

I don't think I'm that special to Nfcu so I'm thinking it's changing all flagship cards to it. I'll have to see the difference from the cash card when it goes in to effect on may 22

as of right now when i look online at applying for it it's the same as it's always been if im not mistaken up 2% back... which is based on rather you use it towards travel or towards cash. Am I wrong?

I see that now too. I think you had to spend over 10k to get the extra percent or something like that and also the new program has no expiration date and no max points per year. I'll go read the credit card terms from my original packet and see if it has more info

The Cash card has the 1% for first $10k annual spending then up to 1.5% for remainder of the year. Don't believe the Flagship had/has a minimum spend... I still think it's a great card if you would like to trade in for any travel or if you want to charge on a black card
