You may have a difficult time getting up the food chain considering it's a holiday weekend. Are there no backdoor numbers for them on the internet?

They work like the capital one executive office, where you email them and are assigned a rep who calls you. the number they call you from will ask for an extention when you call and you need to enter the extention the rep left in their voicemail or otherwise you can not contact them, they are seperate from all other parts of GE. One time i was not able to reach my rep and i called credit solutions and they could not see any notes in my accounts that Corporate was trying to reach me. So sending them an email is the only way to get ahold of corporate. They usually contract you within a few normal business days after your email is sent.

Received a call this morning saying they got my email and they had offers for ALL the accounts... Almost like they were always there (She was VERY NICE) and she called back and left voicemail (I was in Costco when she called so coudln't write) of number to call to set payment. They also have all 5 accounts in 1 office so I can call 1 person and it's all in the system now!

5 is a lot to juggle. Having them all in the same place will make things more convenient.

Yes the 2 I lised Lowes and Amazon I was having the issues with, but it's 5 all together.

You should count your blessings that you have 2 late or in default and they are still extending you credit on the other 3 accounts. Get those 2 taken care of as soon as possible before your account review time comes and it possibly turns bad. Are they SP you yet?

AU on Amex? I am... AU credit does not effect the amex account though.
