Chase Question

Hello, all. I unfortunately FC'd on a home financed from Chase in Jan 2011. I have since worked to improve credit as much as possible (current FICO's in low 700's) I currently have an AMEX PRG, NFCU Flagship 22.5K, Cap1 2.5K, and NavChek 15K. In the past three months I have been bombarded with "pre-approval / pre-selected" offers from Chase (Marriott Premier / United Club / United Mileage Plus) usually at least one a week. My question is, is it even worth apping for one of these or a CSP with my FC being just over 2 yrs old? Util 1%, AAoA 4 yrs and AMEX was 4/13.

It is really hard to tell. The main concern is that whether Chase has blacklisted you. If they did, then you will not be approved.

If they didn't blacklist you, they'll review your application the same way as they do for everyone else, and your approval odds will depend on whatever is in your credit report.

Appreciate it, about what I figured. If anyone else that reads this has applied after a FC, would appreciate your results.
