If my scores go up because I pay my bills on time great if they don't I couldn't care less anymore!!

First things first, I too have holds on my Junny SeaMiles payments. Now this usually happens if I make more than one payment in a two week period. I can't remember the specifics, but I paid off all of my cards before Christmas. I paid Junny 100% of the balance. The payment posted just fine. Money was removed from my account via ACH and you could see the credit on-line with an available balance the next day equal to the full CL.

Well, an automatic charge of $20 went through. So, I paid $20 that day. Again, money came out of my account via ACH and there was an idication that it got posted in hte CC acct. Well, they reversed my $20 pmt and they also reversed my 1st payment too! Nothing ever bounced so I called CSR and they said it was standard policy to reverse all payments for 2 weeks if more than one payment was made in a 2 week period. Huh? That's what he said. Sure enough, 2 weeks later both payments cleared in the CC acct like clockwork.

................

Maybe your 3 point drop had to do with a change in utilization. For me, although certainly not scientific, for every 1% my utilization changes, I gain/lose 1 point. Also, I lost a CC and reported as such. The issuer issued a new card without deleting the history of the old. Both continued to report concurrently. My avg. history dropped, therefore my score dropped.

Juniper payment hold?

Why has Juniper been holding my payment for 7 days? I was told that for 4 months it would be held, but after that it would post within a day. There computer was down when I just called so they couldn't help me at that point. I will call later I guess. They are about to get dumped if they aren't careful!!

They should post the payment as soon as they get it-

Getting the CL posted to reflect the payment has only been an issue for me if 2 payments were made.

How are you paying?
