Citi has been generous with cli via soft pull for some members. How high is your util and when did you open the account?
A more detailed profile would allow members to give you better advice.

I agree Citi cli would be SP after 6 months in most cases. I have limited history and Citi gave me highest unsecured credit limit after recon.
There is one option under account services for cli. Try that and post the result.

If you are using the Citi card heavily and making multiple payments then you contact Citi EO.
They do not have g8 track record of approving every request but you would be able to get increase based on your Chase and Discover success.

I got my card approved through EO last month. Very slow to respond. Took one whole month for application review. I was happy because they gave me my highest unsecured credit card limit.
