I walked out of the garden today, now I am running back!

So, I hit my 3 month mark in the garden. I could no longer resist the temptation.

I applied for 2 cards.

#1 Citi Prestige - Instant approval $11,000

#2 CSP - 7-10 day message

I called Chase to offer them any additional information they might need for approval.

Result - DENIED - Reason stated, Forclosure is still showing on my report from 2009. This is my second try for the CSP, I guess I will have to wait until the foreclosure drops off of my report.

But, I am happy with the starting limit for the Citi Prestige. All in all its been a good week. See you all back in the garden.

I know you are right. It just burns me up that I have been banking with them forever and cant even get a card with them.

Not very helpful are they? I have a BK7 from 07 stil showing (obviously), so I'm wondering if it's even worth it to reapp for the MArriott card or if I should just wait the 3+ yrs and try after it falls off.

You know it seems to be different from one person to the next. So, you really never know unless you try. If you can take the HP then go for it.
