Personally, I have quick links to all my card accounts on Chrome. They are lined up across the top under the address bar. I also know when they all close their monthly cycles. I just keep up on them every few days and make sporadic payments online throughout the month and finally again before the cycle closes.

Biz cards that don't report to personal CRs( all of mine except the Spark), I usually just let close with the full balance and then pay it over the following week or two.

I have thought about using another service/interface but I never seem to. I just maintain the accounts via frequent direct visits to my accounts online. As for keeping track of rewards, I know what gets used for which purchase so there's no need for anything tool there.

I'm old fasioned. I just use my computer's calendar (which is synced to my phone, and my computer at work, so not that old fashioned...), with recurring events set for due dates and statement cutting dates. I have reminders set a couple days to a week before. What I really do, though, is once or twice a week, look at the calendar, look at the creditor's website, and then log into my bank's bill pay, and do a week's worth of bill paying all at once. If I spend money on something that I don't want on the statement, I pay it immediately. For things that I'm reimbursed (I have a small amount of that for work, and rather a lot more for our joint household expenses), I pay as soon as I'm reimbursed, as it makes my bookkeeping easier. ng bills, I put them on the bill pay schedule when I get the bill, or very shortly thereafter. It's not that much work, once you have everything set up. The idea of doing this without a computer and online bill pay is daunting. I used to, and made mistakes...

I buck conventional wisdom and just close them down. I'm extremely busy and I don't want to check 15 acc's for fraud or if something went wrong. I've closed 4 CCs in the past few months. It hasn't really affected my score at all. I actually saw a small bump but I think that was just from the increased AAoA. TBF the cards I closed had very low CLs, from companies like USAA who don't like to do CLIs and closing them didn't hurt my util because it's always < 5%. Maybe in 10 years I'll feel it but the truth is by that time I should have a home, plus my other cards should have matured.

All cards have the same due date. Everything is on "pay balance in full" auto-pay. Mint.com to track transactions. I also only really use my JPMC cards, and there's a unified online portal for that which links to all my JPMPB accounts.
