Congratulations, I think that's amazing!!! Going from two cards with both less than $1000 to $15,000?!?!! That's just crazy... my hubby use to do business with them when he was in the Navy. Do you have to be a member of the CU to apply for that card? I'm not interested right now, just for future references.

DUDE!! this is SO MUCH more than I was expecting! Our first major CC!!! I think this just might help our utilization ;-) I really don't want another cc, but I hear so many people say that 3-4 is optimal, and once you have that first one showing on your CR, others just fall in line! **DON'T want an apping spree, but DO want to blow our scores sky-high :-D I will wait 3-4 months, though. PROMISE!

Fretless- they do pull EQ, and only EQ. The inq had posted by Monday, and we app'd Friday afternoon. DH's EQ was 612 and that's the one they pulled. Our score is less than prime (to say the least), but I think it was negated by him having a long history with them (been a member for 15 yrs) and both our car and a $5K personal loan are currently financed through them. EQ: 612 TU: 634 EX: 605

Sylvia,

I'm not sure how that would work. But you should be able to get an answer at the 888- number I listed above.

The recording will say "inquiries on existing accounts, press (SOME NUMBER)" "To open a new account, press (SOME NUMBER)" Just give them a call. They are open 24-hrs/day
