total amout of credit limit raised today 4950

increased us bank cash plus visa signature by 2300

increased hsbc cash or fly platinum mastercard by 2300

increased wells fargo rewards visa platinum by 400

decreased citibank dividend world mastercard by 50

new grand total credit limit accross 18 accounts 107350

actually no hard pulls; i tried with amex clear (it was past the 61 day 3x), but i was still denied for the same exact reason every time i attempt a CLI with american express.

no, that was intentional. my project is to push all of my credit limits, (with exception to bankamericard) to 8800. my rule of thumb is, is until amex allows for an cli for my blue cash, i will not request any credit limits past 8800. i would like to design my credit limits to impress lenders. i may even consider decreasing any auto cli's that go above that limit. i wish to make my blue cash the golden standard of my non store credit cards.

Is your primary goal to maximize the growth on your Amex? Or is the fact that many of your cards have matching credit limits the impressive part?

I don't personally have experience with Amex, but I always hear that "High limits beget high limits." Unless your credit lines are already near your income, I suspect a faster way to grow your Amex is to show them that you can handle cards that have higher limits than theirs.. and give them some friendly competition to match or exceed on their next cli.

i sort of want to appeal to a more conservative brand of lenders. i figure that might appeal to them with this approach (amex), since my income is lower than most.
