topic Chase Marriott vs Chase Disney in Credit Cards

I'm looking to add one of these two cards in about 6 months or so. Both have rewards structures that I would benefit from. Is one "easier" to get than the other? Does the co-brand have any difference when Chase does its underwriting?

For the previous I'd expect a FICO in the upper-600s, while the latter would be safer in the low 700s.

Based on their target audience, they really can't make the Disney card that difficult to get.
