What Scores do I need for GE Cards?

Hello All, I wanted to know what is a good average score to get a GE card and also can I get a list. I am interested in Banana Republic, Walmart,Paypal. Are there any strategies I should consider? Thanks in advance

My dad got approved for Walmart with a 578 just 300 tou

then got approved for Kay's and he was about 610

I would say close to mid 600 and above.

i got approved for a Walmart card with the lowest TU score of anyone I have heard of. My credit reports did show that I did not owe anyone anything however when I was approved. I was approved for a Walmart card with a TU score of 520.

I just got approved for Walmart and JCP. I don't know what my TU FICO is yet but I'm assuming it must be in the mid 600s. CK has me in the 590's.

I would agree w others on the scores. Ur cr also should have no recent co/cas. I apped a few months ago w tu fico at 650 but was denied due to 2 cas, which recently got deleted. Anyhow gl

I got approved for walmart store card and chevron store card last may 2012 with fico scores 590 to 610.. they have their own scoring model, I think mine were 420 out of 650, but i don't really remember... had maybe 4 CA and a few CO..... helped me so much in rebuilding...

I got declined with a 628 and approved with a 659

both TU ficos from here at the time of applications.

YMMV

I had like 4 baddies with the 628 and only 1 with the 659

Id say the score is irrelevant because they use their own scoring model sometimes(from the letter i received from my decline)
