    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to request a CLI on my Best Buy card and was told that I would receive a reply in 24 hours....30 seconds later I received an email stating that Cap&amp;nbsp;One could not process the CLI request due to "unverifiable information" &amp;nbsp;So I called the 800# and was told they did in fact have&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;unverifiable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;information&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I asked the service rep. if I could supply the information needed and was told no and I could try in 6 months for another CLI. &amp;nbsp;I have tried 2 times in the last 14 months and got this same response on my first try. &amp;nbsp;(only 2 times I have requested a CLI since Cap One took over)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does this make any since?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My scores should not be a problem as my income.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone else run into this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
