Am I the only one that gets very annoyed at GECRB automated system? It takes literaly 5 minutes to get ahold of a live person. Its about annoying enough to not have gecrb cards anymore. I am very tired of it. I guess they do that to cut cost but come on. Bad rewards and bad customer service.

no, I always use the number on the back of the card. They have never told me what credit solutions is. I have to call a "secret" phone number for customer service? lol no thanks. Its just not worth all this for bad rewards.

Credit Solutuons is a special department located in India or somewhere near there, where very nice reps that are fluent in english and are happy to take their time to analyze your account and credit profile to override their system to give you a nice credit increase you deserve!
