      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am I the only one that gets very annoyed at GECRB automated system? It takes literaly 5 minutes to get ahold of a live person. Its about annoying enough to not have gecrb cards anymore. I am very tired of it. I guess they do that to cut cost but come on. Bad rewards and bad customer service.&lt;EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
