The card needs to have the following&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Points that can be redeemed for anything&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Points never expire&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;No limit on points&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;No Annual fee&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Car Rental Insurance&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Travel Insurance&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Extended Warranty&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Anything apart from an Amex or a card thats needs to be PIF.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Suggestions anyone?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;DIV&gt;Well, those aren't FICOs, but if they're the best we have to go by, I'd say forget the Cap1 prime cards.&amp;nbsp; You'll get a decent card with Cap1 in the low 700s, not one of the rebuilders most likely, but it won't be one of the ones they have for "Excellent Credit," which is the only kind of Cap1 card worth having IMO.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;Chase and Citibank might be doable if you don't have baddies, but they don't really fit your criteria above.&amp;nbsp; Their rewards typically expire and they're not usually unlimited.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;I think the only issuer that does the extended warranty thing is Amex, with the exception of Visa Signature cards and World MC cards, but I don't think you have the scores for those.&lt;/DIV&gt;

I mean how stupid is this they deneied me for a secured card in 2002 and the reason was because I have no credit. In 2006 they sent me a mail offer and I applied and denied again.
