GE CLI?

So I got CLI's on my GE cards awhile back and have only used them a few times since, I am stuck in the garden and wanted to see if I could get another CLI on them, problem is I don't remember when my last increase was?!? Would it make a difference if I hit the button on the website or called in and tried thru the automated line, I know your supposed to wait 4 months so would it hurt anything if I tried now seeing as I can't remember when it will have been, or already has been, 4 months? I tried looking at my statements but that's no help as they don't cut when you aren't carrying a balance.

It may hurt you a bit internally withing GE to ask too often, but it's only a soft pull so there won't be any harm to your credit score. Do you have access to your TU report? You could look to see when they last did a soft pull.

Since it's a SP I would just call and try ....can't hurt

Every time I click the online button it's a no go then when I call I have success! But I would wait at least 4 months in between requests

I've had my paypal smartconnect for around 8 months and tried to CLI at 4, 6, and 8. All no go's. Stuck at 500$. GE doesn't like me i guess, although they gave me a 600$ walmart credit card. hmm

+1 I'd call the backdoor # listed and speak with an "underwriter" and ask for what you want.

I dealt with them yesterday and they were nice all three times, even though the last time I grilled the guy and asked him severalvquestions about a plethora of things. You could ask for the CLI and if it's a no, then ask why
