The best no foreign transaction fee credit cards?

For each major network. I'd like to know what those cards are with better rewards system. I don't really care about cash rewards or points or mileages.
Visa?
MasterCard?
Amex?
Discover? (the "it" will be it)

My recommendations. I have included a link that I found helpful.

As far a Amex goes, their best travel card in my opinion is the SPG though it charges FTFs.

For visa, CSP.

For MasterCard, CSP if you can do a product change, since you can no longer directly apply for the MasterCard version. Otherwise check out citi prestige for heavy travelers and big spenders. Barclays arrival is a decent card for most people.

Discover: IT card, probably. Not too sure on miles rewards structure.

Amex: Platinum charge. Its a meh rewards card, but excellent perks card.

Fidelity investments Amex (backed by FIA) has a black card as well that has no FTF, with $275 AF if I remember correctly.

The best visa would be from PENFED:

Another good option for Visa/MC with no FTF and no annual fee are from Capital One.

State Department FCU also has a nice no fee/no ftf card with EMV.

Remy.... He's asking for the "cards with better rewards system". My guess is what he means by "don't care" is whether those rewards come in the form of cashback, miles or points.

OP didn't say "didn't care about rewards" so much as "what type" of rewards doesn't matter is how I read it. Sorry if I mis-read.

But that makes it a little hard to answer as well. Many people have listed CSP, but if the OP is never going to transfer points to FF programs, or even buy tickets at 1.25 c per point, then it's not such a great card. Something like Quicksilver gives 1.5% everywhere, whereas CSP is 1% except for dining and travel. So as usual it also depends on spending patterns.

In terms of exchange rates Discover IT takes the lead in my tests. ....but..and there is a big BUT... lack of acceptance I am quite happy with the no AF cards like BofA travel rewards (EMV chip) and Cap1 cash rewards. My favorite in my line up is Barclays Arrival but I am planing to get CSP next year for earning miles instead of cash back type of rewards.

J P Morgan Select Signature Visa. No Forex, EMV chip, typical Visa Signature travel bennies, no late or over limit fee...and best feature of all, that none of the others can boast...HIDDEN TRADELINE!
