Walmart and Amazon same pull?

A family member of mine applied on 8/7 for a Walmart card and was approved. She was also hoping to be able to get an Amazon card. Would she be able to call GE directly and see if they would approve her on the same HP from the Walmart card?

Not from anything I've read on here. They may have different requirements for each card. YMMV
