Anyone have any thoughts about a Cheveron/Texaco gas card!!

Who they report to?

What type of credit needed, IE score, lien, CA, friendly?

I was approved with a 614 tu in 05/2007, 300cl,no liens, 9 unpaid collections, and yes they are friendly.they report to all cra

they seem to be a big puller of eq on the who gave me credit website at that time i had a 600-610 eq ( sorry I thought it was tu) they report to the three cras equifax/ transunion /experian

I am on a roll today. I was aproved for a B of A 99/500 CC

So i applied for the Chevron/Texaco card

Got the message 3-4 days for email and 7-10 for mail..

it felt great when i walked out of there, because I walked in expecting to put down 100-120% of CL

Then they told me 99/500. I eyes lit up.

I know that is nothing special, but it was more than i expected casue my orchard stil hasnt reported.

Regarding the Texaco/Cheveron.

Do you think I will get approved with a 550 score. I have one unpaid CA +Federal Lien that just hit

i tired to look on www.whogavemecredit.com but there wasnt there much.

I also have one secured loan with 2 payments on CR and I make 90k/yr

I applied today online, but it said 3-4 days by email, 7-10 mail.

Any thoughts?

No clue there, I don't know a lot about Chev/Tex

Have you tried searching around on the forums to see if anyone's posted about them before?

Yes i did. and i found out that on new years a new bank took over the card.

I cant find out how strick they are.

So i thought I would post.

I try not to post if I can find the info in other places.

I was denied fir the gas card

I have talked to the people on the phone, but they wont give me any help or a backdoor number.

They did tell me i could mail a dispute and ask for a review. But i would have to include my up dated CR.

Any thoughts about this?

Is this when a RECON letter comes in?.

Applied for card on March 4th and received the 7-10 day message. Received the card on March 15th with a $400 limit. They pulled equifax.
