Credit Card Balance Question

I paid off my Bank of America today and I want to know if I can use it straight away. My limit is $500 and my balance was $490. It shows my balance still as $490 but If I got to transactions it shows my payment processing and a $0 balance.

I would depend on how long it takes to process, what do you see as the current credit limit available?

+1 it does depend. If you available credit reflects $500, then it's okay to spend away, since the actual balance will go down once they confirm the ACH payment. However, if your available credit is still reflecting ~$10, then you won't be able to use it.
