I previously had a $500 limit as part of the credit steps program. They gave me an additional $500 with 11 months of usage. I thought that I could get a better deal with the EO route since I have improved my score dramatically over the last year. I started my journey with no FICO score and tons of baddies, no recent accounts that were positive and now I am sitting sub 7's. I emailed the office and received a call 2 hours later and spoke with a very nice gentleman who confirmed my request to increase my limit to 5k and do a PC to quicksilver. He stated he would pass it on the the UW and sure enough this morning my account updated with a 3k limit, no HP and they are going to PC me. I have no disappointment over not getting my requested limit and I'm thrilled to get rewards now. Very polite and profession service on their part. Thanks CapOne!
