Wow! BOA impresses me again!

I never thought I'd like BOA for their Customer Service, rather than their 0% offers.

Just got a personal Thank You Hallmark card from them! Every experience Ive had with them so far has been stellar!
I'm excited to be with BOA!

You will LOVE them for sure young. I have 3 of their cards (eventually adding a 4th one next year) and their service has been awesome. They will go out of their way to provide feasible solutions and to make the service experience a memorable one.

They have been flooding my mailbox with offers for 123 card .....Hummmm

Not sure if there is a wait period, but I currently have 3 and not sure if the maximum is 4 or 5? That I'm not certain.

I currently have the Cash Privileges Visa Sig, Accelerated Rewards AMEX and FIA Fidelity AMEX... The latter is Lexie's FAVORITE!!! LOL j/k Lexie... she's not a fan of the colour and scheme... I will be looking to acquire the MERRILL+® Visa Sig sometime next year. I apped for the Accelerated Rewards AMEX and FIA Fidelity AMEX this past July on the same day... The FIA app stayed in pending for a while and they called me the day after to confirm/verify that indeed wanted that one as well. Both approved for $10K each.

Still can't believe I got a Thank You card from the Credit Analyst who cli'ed me from $3500 to 10,000. I should be sending her a TY card. Lol

Yeah, I got a survey in my email.... Actually got that today too... Lol weird... They seem to be on their game! I noticed that they asked a lot of verification questions too... Ones Ive never been asked or remember answering and they had the correct answers...
Like my mom's name and bday..
None of that stuff is on my cr 😳

nice to know their customer service is improving. They've been flooding my mailbox with preapprovals as well, which makes this even more tempting.

LOL! I've had that happen before, too! There must be some kind of system that keeps track of more "personal" information that could be out there.

I forgot if it was for HSBC or Chase, but they once asked me what my current college's mascot was. I don't recall EVER entering that as a security question! Usually when they have a security question like that, it's for high school. It was very eerie!
