Lowest Revolving AMEX Interest Rate

Besides the introductory interest rate offers you can get, what is the lowest fixed interest rate that you know of on a revolving AMEX card? (Blue, Delta, etc) I'm talking about cards issued by AMEX and not PenFed or any other banks. I currently have a 11.24% variable rate on a Blue Cash Card, but I've never carried a balance and it was converted from Blue for Students.

I haven't seen a fixed rate revolver from Amex. Fixed rates are very uncommon in the CC world nowadays.

I have 15.24 on Delta Gold, but that's the advertised lowest for that product heh

And scroll to your card it gives you the lowest and the highest ....i.e. BCE is 12.99 to 21.99%.

Yeah, except I have 11.24 variable which is lower. I currently have a Blue Cash Everyday which was converted from Blue for Students in May (which they no longer offer). I'm just kind of surprised that I have a lower APR which is below what the card currently offers. Surely this means there are others "grandfathered" into lower interest rates as well.

I just checked and my BCP is 12.99. That probably explains why I didn't get a letter about my score. I don't remember who, but a poster in the past month stated his APR was 8 or 9%.

i think you are actually refering to a standard VARIABLE purchase apr. my Blue Cash E. is at 10.24 i've heard of lower, but only for rates that were locked in prior to the credit crunch.

very true, but i actually do have one fixed rate credit card. My wells fargo rewards has a standard fixed purchase apr of 15.56

amex hasn't gone any lower then 10.24 for any account ever since the credit crunch. (except for centurion which is automatically 9.24)

I looked through Amex's website and found the following, no cards are actually fixed from this list but some have the same rate for all card holders. There are definately other cards which were not on the page I saw, I'm not sure how many of these are available to new customers (if any). These are from the current terms and conditions posted online.
