Amex prequal website

I thought I did this before. I am looking for the Amex website where I can check if I am prequalified for anything, just so I can see if my position as improved at all. However, the only site I can find is the one that only allows you to check prequals if you receieved mail from them.

you can check cardmatch to see if it spits out amex cards as a match to your profile...but of course there's been discussion on it's accuracy... i believe it does sp equifax

The other advantage of cardmatch.com for Amex is that it seems to give much better APR. At least the Blue Cash Everyday and Blue Cash Preferred give a 12.99% APR when offered by the 'offers matched to you' feature, which is their best APR.

I just happened to pull my Transunion report last night, and cardmatch has been pulling that each time I used the site. I don't know if they pull multiple sites though. Its listed under account reviews, so yes its a SP that doesn't affect anything.

I just ran it and Amex Blue Cash Preferred popped up. I know its not a guaranteed approval, but how good of an indication of success is it if cardmatch lists the card?

I've been 2/2 with cardmatch.com. on AMEX apps. There is no guarantee but if your CR looks good and you have the income, then go for it.

While a new card would be nice I am in the garden and trying to work my way towards a CSP. Maybe in Jan, although I really want the SPG.....

It works best on Safari browser and sometimes you need to refresh it a few times.

I just tried cardmatch and it gave me 4 unsecured Capital 1 cards I prob. couldn't qualify for and 3 First Premier cards-that's not good! (FP)

Had an offer for amex blue cash everyday preferred, but really want the spg. Going to stay in garden until Jan to be on safer side.

Nice, just ran that on card match and also got the 12.9% offer. I am gardening though, must resist.

Got 100k points for the amex plat off that site earlier this year.

Now it seems they have:

$150 for BCE

$250 for BCP

45k points for delta card

I think the cardmatch site makes for a decent amex prequal check.

Neat, I got pre-approved for BCE/BCP. Also noticed that the BCP gives a $250 bonus for spending $1000 in the first 3 months versus their website which only gives $150!

Sigh....I was pretty happy getting approved for the BCP late last month, but so depressing to see the creditcards.com offer on Cardmatch. 12.99 APR and $250 Bonus. I got $150 bonus and I think a 19.99% APR for my BCP app'd through the AMEX site, as I didn't know about Cardmatch until after.

Does anyone know if you can have the BCE & BCP??

Yeah, ditto! I got my Skymiles card last month and would have loved an extra 15,000 bonus miles.
