      <description>&lt;P&gt;They told me it would be hard. They also said that the card would have to be at least 12 months old before requesting a CLI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm it was a hard inquiry. I called them up when they took over for Cap One. Every time I asked for a CLI from Cap One for BB it came back with "you have reached the limit for this type of account" . Pulled the the trigger with Citi and was able to double the limit from 750 to 1500. It was worth it for me but going to be gardening after that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>For a lot of Citi cards, they will do a HP although some people are able to get SP's. I think if you call they can tell you what it may be.</description>
