Since they are servicing their own cards now, anyone know when the credit card doors will open to more than just local account holders? I heard it's in the works but no hard date set yet.

Last I heard around the beginning of next year. No specific timeframe set or announced as of yet.

Both of the CSRs I spoke with yesterday were pretty excited about the card and said they were told by the end of the year residency restrictions would be dropped. I don't know how much intel their front line folks have though. Huntington has a good reputation with everyone I've talked to...all US based call centers, no ridiculous fees. I had no prior history with them when I applied.

The Loan Officer I spoke to att the bank when I was approved said the card will probably be offered Nationwide by Christmas.

Looks like and feels like any ordinary card IMO, albeit with its Huntington flare - the dark gray card has a green contour border.

Looks like and feels like any ordinary card IMO, albeit with its Huntington flare - the dark gray card has a green contour border.
