I have seen $25k and it's GE so call credit solutions for recon instantly after applying and ask for 25... They will counter if they can't do it!

9/13 I was an instant $300 approval online- called the GE recon # the next day and requested $5k which was granted. Pretty pumped about it. Dangerous since I just bought a house though....

Lol I'm going there now, also do you know how to stop recovering the email notifications from the garden, I am getting 200+ emails daily from the garden lol, I guess because I clicked in (email me when a poster responds) I tried clicking te link but it said the page I requested cannot be found?

I'm confident you can do it creditwatcher. It can be easy to get sidetracked on these forums given the several daily posts such as "OMG OMG Approved for Cap1 & AMEX & Citi & CSP & JCrew & All the shopping cart trick stores!!!" or "Woohoo Discover CLI $300,000" or "Gotta love NFCU got approved for $625,000 :-)"...

Sure, lots of folks have worked hard and want to share their excitement/achievements. However, it becomes a negative factor when you try to identify with the same situation (or want better) as in "I wonder how they got that card, seems like I have a similar profile...I think I want that card...ok, I'm gonna apply... hmmm...it has a good sign up bonus...click, click, type, type... backspace (oopsie wrong income) click...ok, here goes nothing...submit....{heartbeat rate increases}....(processing)... Oh gosh why does it take forever! ...."We're sorry, your application cannot be approved at this time..." What? Wth? no way....I'm gonna recon that sucker now...where are those backdoor numbers on the forum...I know I can get it" And so, that behavior or "additiction" (if left unchecked) can only spell more trouble...if this repeats over and over.

Bottom line, know your limits. Restraining oneself can be challenging but if you stay focused you can do it. There's a great support system and folks in the garden. Also, keep in mind the pros and cons on how credit can have an impact on your life and finances. You can either make it work for you in a positive way or you can let it get out of control and have negative consequences... Just like anything.
