Kaysss usually for people to answer questions like that more info is needed. For example, what are your credit scores? What other cards do you have and what are the limits? How long ago did you open each one?

This kind of thing...

Well I am sort of a newbie myself but I would say two things and the pros can correct me if I'm wrong:

1. odds are not good that Citi would approve you for another card if you are nearly maxed out on your 25k limit with them already.
2. your better bet profile-wise would be to just get limit increases on the many cards you have... and it's usually easier to get limits increased than to get approved for new cards....

You score is decent enough that you probably have decent chance to get approved on recon for a BT card. Both Citi and Chase are great at recons so I'd give it a go.

When was your last approval? Citi told me no more than 2 new accounts within 65 days.

Citi has me set up with three cards. Others I have read even have four cards. Now as has been mentioned there is likely a max in credit they will allow. Hint, if you can get approved (or recon) ... they have allowed some of us to move credit lines around to achieve our card goals. What are their requirements? Get a crystal ball?

You can apply for as many citi cards as you want, as long as your income and credit history isn't holding you back.

Just remember, citi has a 1 app per 48 hours, 2 apps per 60 days limit.

Yes I was talking about the timeframe limit on apps but that doesnt sound like an issue for you. Youre carrying a 24k balance on a 25k limit? YMMV but I doubt they will approve another card until that gets paid down.
