Took A HP For A 14K Increase From Cap 1 Exec Office

This is not the same office that everyone has been getting Sp from because these accounts which are part of Capital one is handled by a different executive office Phone number and no email. The cards are the GM Flex Card and Direct Merchants Bank both have Different websites. Had these accounts since 1999 . In 2008 the GM card was reduced from 16K to 3k and Direct Merchants reduced from 12k to 3k. due to the credit crisis. I was told that they are not like the other office and that a HP would be needed. I was kinda surprised that they did not even ask what amount I wanted. Long story short, they moved both accounts from 3k to 10K,( thus the 14 K increase. 7 on each ) Some may not think it was a good choice but I kinda do. Don't know who they pulled yet, but I only had 2 Inquires on EQ and none anywhere else. Just thought I would share, now I have 14 accounts all at 10K or above

Thanks guys. It could have been worse, they could have just given me 1000 on each or nothing at all, with a HARD. I was warned nothing was guaranteed. I appreciate having this forum because I would have closed those accounts before the executive offices were made available

Congrats! I think "worth" is subjective. In my opinion, it was definitely worth it!!
