I would call in i had an similar message when i applied i called in and was approved.

Call the backdoor #. I got the same message and they just needed to verify my address.

I'm getting ready to call. They provided a number on checkappstatus link page. I already have another DS so you'd think they would have all my info.

Called
Option 1 close my existing DS account & move CL to the new account

Option 2 split my CL between both accounts
