Chase "Oasis Version" offer

Hi All,

My co-worker mentioned that his GF received an offer from Chase a while ago offering her a MasterCard with an 9.99 APR and a credit limit equal to half of the paid balance up to $5000. The offer is similiar to the Amex Oasis Program.

Has anyone heard of this or received an offer?

Never heard of such offer(s). You'd hear more about it if that were the case with any folks who may have unsettled/previous COs.

Is that balance only the original balance or is it 9.99% on top of the collection fees and previous loan shark rate or "default" rate?
