I have an Amtrak Guest Rewards MC with a 10K CL that I don't use anymore (going on a year) I only had it to use while I was commuting using Amtrak.... Now the card is SD'd, collecting dust.

I wonder what are the chances of getting Chase to PC me to a CSP without having to apply for it... How is Chase about PC'ing from Partner Cards to a CSP.

I would recommend against it because even if they will do it, you might not get the signup bonus, which is 40k UR points last I checked.

E: You could always transfer some of the CL to a new CSP when you are approved.
