Discover It Card Questions

Hey, everybody! I am a College Student that recently got accepted for a discover IT card. I was curious about what address they will send it to, my college one or my one back home, I did get a letter in the mail from them (college)saying something like we cannot confirm your address. I figured they would send it to my home address because that's what is on my drivers lisence that they used for Identification. It's been saying ive been accepted for over a week, and im currently home right now so I thought I would get it in the mail? Any Ideas? Im not even sure that they sent it, should I call them? In my past attempts to call them it asks for a Id number but I don't know whether I have one until my card comes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. Call them and just ask has it been mailed and to your permanent or school address. They are pretty quick on mailing them out so you want yo track it down ASAP.

I would call them especially if you received a letter saying that they cannot confirm your address.

Thank you for the welcome, do you know what discover number I should call? The one I have tried asks for an id number otherwise it is impossible to talk to somebody who is not a computer.

800-DISCOVER. They always have live US based CSR. Not sure what number you've called -

Got through, talked to customer support, turned out it was delivered on october 4th, my parents probably thought it was junk mail or something and threw it away! Got them to send me another card to my college so hopefully this is all sorted out!

Discovers customer service is awesome btw!
