Walmart Store Card

I cant seem to find the payment options for my walmart store card. I just paid off my Paypal smart connect in full and would like to use the paypal debit card to pay off my walmart card in store. Can i use a debit card to payoff my store card?

I want to do this after my paypal statement cuts so it still shows zero balance on my reports..... im shuffling money around this month.

After the financial crises banks 99% of the time will not allow you to pay that way

So they instituted that payments had to come from your checking account..Basally cash

I thought you could use a debit card to pay if it's linked to a checking acct. or a Pay-Pal SAVINGS acct. Is this not correct? Or do you have to have a routing no. and an acct. number?

The PayPal debit card is linked to a PayPal account which may or may not be linked to a checking or savings account. If linked to a PayPal smart connect or Master card. Not much different then check kiting. Having two accounts one paying the other.

After thinking about it I believe I'm wrong and your right. Sorry for the misinformation. It would be no different then a balace transfer the money is there. Where check kiting is writing checks back and forth with no funds. Again sorry for the confusion.

AFAIK, members have had no issues using bank debit cards to pay their Walmart CCs at the register. I don't know specifically if the PayPal Debit Card would cause issues. Worst case scenario if you try is that it wouldn't go through.

If what the OP is doing is against the T&C of his Walmart CC or Paypal Debit Card, or if it's against PayPal's TOS, then it would clearly be against the myfico TOS. I don't know enough about this situation to know if that is the case, but I would urge the OP to become familiar with those things I've mentioned.

I believe I was wrong in making that assumption seeing as there is money in the accounts. Thats why this forum is so great. I made a mistake I believe and people are there to correct me if I'm willing to listen. That's why we have Moderators to make the final decision if we are all unsure.

+1. I like the fact that MyFICO encourages ethical means to improve all of our credit situations, and there really is a great community here of people willing to help each other. We're all learning. ;-)

FYI-

Yes, the reason we cannot discuss unethical activities is because myFICO provides credit reports. By providing credit reports, myFICO must abide by the (CROA) Credit Repair Organizations Act .

Namely, that law prohibits myFICO from offering illegal or unethical credit repair advice, or appear as a credit repair organization.

The OPs question, IMO was not unethical.
